Es tut so weh... immer wieder kehrt dieser Schmerz zurück. Ein falsches Wort, eine falsche Bewegung und ich stürze in endlose Tiefen.
Hörst du wie mein Herz schreit?
Wie es jammert und heult?
Wieso höre nur ich das? Wie kann ich es abstellen?

Jeder leidet einmal unter mir, unter meinem Herzen. Es schreit so fürchterlich. Ich will das nicht und bereue es die nächsten Minuten später. So tobe ich jedes mal aufs Neue in einem endlosen Kampf...

Angst vor Verlust? Vor Schmerz? .. Sag dus mir.

Ja. Vielleicht hilft es mir doch. Ein bisschen zumindest. Nur wenn ich nur offen bin, ist es unausgewogen. Die Waage darf nicht zu sehr ins Schwanken kommen. Und auch wenn du glaubst mit der Schlagseite zurechtzukommen... es rächt sich irgendwann gewaltig, warte nicht auf diesen Tag, es könnte verhehrend sein.

Als ich in deine Augen sah, spührte ich nichts weiter, als unendliche Leere, Hunger und Einsamkeit. Diese Schreie der Verzweilfung hallen noch heute in meinem Herzen nach. Sie quälen mich, lassen mein Lachen erstarren.

Als ich dir heute in die Augen sah, war ich sprachlos. Mir sprühte Energie, Freude, Warmherzigkeit entgegen. Ich geriet ins Schwanken und brachte kaum einen Laut raus, da du sonst immer in dich gekehrt bist.

Zwei verschiedene Menschen, zwei verschiedene Emotionen und beide lähmen mich zu tiefst.
Ich kann nicht wegschaun, aber auch nichts sagen.
Ich weiß nicht was ich tun soll und renne weg.

Und es ist doch so. Man kann wegen zu vielen Gefühlen, nicht fühlen. Alles erscheint einem kalt, nichts ist recht. Man kann es nicht in Worte fassen, da jedes Wort einfach nicht das beschreibt, was man fühlt, oder auch nicht. Das ist keine Schaffenskrise, sondern fordern von neuem Denken, erweitern der Horizonte und entdecken von neuer Dimensionen.

Wieder sitze ich in diesem Raum. Stille durchdringt ihn ganz und gar. Meine Gedanken drehen sich im Kreis und scheinen nie stehen zu wollen. Du versetzt mir immer wieder Stiche. Mein Herz schreit. Es will weinen, doch die Augen gehorchen nicht. Gib mir deine Schulter. Einen Anker, eine ruhige Minute. Endlos daliegend, umschlungen, genießend. Bis zum nächsten Morgen... und alles ist vergessen.
