Your eyes
Your eyes are blue
Like the ocean, cold but soft
After a long, taxing day
When the sun rises
And looks like it’s drowning into the water
Your eyes are blue
When a long day is over
And you worked all day, just to forget that you’re alone
But at night,
you notice that nobody is there
Your eyes are blue.
Blue…
Like the sea
And like your inner feelings
Your eyes are blue
Your looks are cold as ice.
Like your voice
When you talk to me
Like a stranger
With this cold look in your eyes
But when I look back at you
Suddenly your mask is crumbling.
You fall apart
Crying.
Screaming.
And I think this is when I’m bad.
Because I love you in these moments
Because you need me then
Because you are not condescanding to me
Because I can embrace you
Kiss you and whisper your name.
’til your tears are gone
But please
Don’t push me away in the next moment
And tell me that I have to leave
I know, you hate to be weak
It embarasses you.
But you you're allowed to cry…
You're allowed to scream….
You're allowed to be weak…
I swear, I will not tell it to anybody.
Be weak
Let your blue eyes flow over with your tears.
Because I want to comfort you.
Anytime.
Until your blue eyes look happy again.
And you smile a little, beautiful smile.
To the one that loves you.
