well i've never drawn with oil before so I'm not an expert but I think the colors are very good.
The head is very good but the body is like a triangle. I mean that the neck goes in to different directions too quickly so it doesn't look realistic. (hope you can understand what I've written... I don't know how to explain it...)
But otherwise it's nice^^
