ok, i try to write this comment in english >.< but my english is bad^^'. so i hope that you at least can understand something.
i like the division of this picture, the pose of the girl, the background and the symbol on the top right hand corner and also your choice of colours. you are really good in coloration^^! and you can place the shades excellent!
but to my opinion is the colour of the skin (of the girl) a bit to rose. it looks like she had a sunburn^^'. sorry, but that's my association >.<.
but her hair, her dress, her embellishment and her bag have really beautiful colours x3!
the whole sparkles on this picture are partly good posed. in her eyes and some sparkles in her hair look pretty ^^. but some of the sparkles in her hair are too much. you should not use so much of sparkles^^. i also do not really like the sparkles on her elbow.
in conclusion i like this picture x3. and i think that if you practise your drawin beyond you get better and better x3.
