Rules concerning adult fanarts
These rules are binding, if you consider uploading artworks (Fan art, Fan Fics, Doûjinshis and more).
Animexx is not to be held liable for abuse of the fanartsystem and retains the right to remove forbidden artworks immediately. Users, who disagree with our rules and are caught breaking them more than once will have their account removed.
Rules:
1) Pornographic artwork containing sexual actions, various states of arousal. This refers to visible penetration (generally referred to as “sexual act”, petting (stroke). All pornographic artwork will have to be labeled as "+18" - this is to ensure proper censorship. Artwork showing only romantic moments and not offensive sexual scenes must not be censored. Please note that censoring the so called "hentai-version" is consired a double-upload and will be removed.
2) Showing breast, penis, the outer zone of the vagina in a non-aroused state and without sexual context is considered "nude art", you don't have censor it.
3) Artworks decipting harassment, sexually degrading and humilating acts are to be published in the adult-category, no exceptions made. Administration retains the right to delete those artworks immediately or after publishing. Artwork showing children (Shota/Lolicon) is STRICTLY forbidden. 4) Artwork or texts which glorify violence, humiliation, severed corpses or living beeings wether they are humans or animals and similar situation are only allowed in "hentai".
5) You are under NO circumstances allowed to send underage users and members links to texts or artworks which are published under "hentai". Violating that rule will have consequences like the deletion of your own account.
Legal details:
By uploading artwork or texts you transfer rights to Animexx e.V. These are unrestricted, not limited to a certain period of time and non-exclusive. This means, that Animexx e.V. is allowed to advertise for itself by using your submissions. However you are not loosing your rights concerning your own artwork.
