Unsere Helfer am Bring&Buy verkaufen für unsere Besucher deren Sachen. Sie nehmen die zu verkaufenden Gegenstände und die Anmeldeformulare entgegen und kontrollieren sie. Anschließend platzieren sie sie auf den Verkaufstischen und am Ende des Tages händigen sie den entsprechenden Personen deren Verkaufserlöse und die nicht verkauften Sachen wieder aus.

Mehrere Wochen bevor die Anmeldeformulare mit den AGB überhaupt auf unserer Website auftauchen, bekommen unsere Bring&Buy-Helfer sie bereits ausgehändigt und müssen sie sich durchlesen. Nur so können sie auf dem Anime-Flohmarkt dann unsere Regeln kontrollieren und durchsetzen. Wir erwarten zudem, dass sie gut im Kopfrechnen sind, sodass sie schnell Preise ausrechnen und Kunden das passende Wechselgeld geben können.

Our volunteers at Bring&Buy sell their belongings for our visitors. They accept and check the items for sale and the registration forms. They take the items for sale and place them on the vending table and at the end of the day they hand over their sales proceeds and unsold items to the relevant persons.

Several weeks before the registration forms with the GTC appear on our website, our helpers at the Bring&Buy already receive them and have to read them through. Only in this way they are able to check and get our rules through at the Anime Flea Market. Die Bereiche, die wir euch in den letzten Wochen vorgestellt haben - Infostand / Stände, Ordner, Springer und Website - haben eine Gemeinsamkeit: wir suchen für sie nicht nur Helfer, sondern auch Bereichsleiter. Als solche seid ihr für die Organisation des jeweiligen Bereiches zuständig, trefft Entscheidungen und stimmt euer Vorgehen mit den anderen Bereichen ab.

Ob ihr vorher schon einmal etwas in der Richtung gemacht habt, ist für uns weniger ausschlaggebend. Ihr werdet anfangs auch von anderen eingearbeitet und bekommt Unterstützung. Wichtig ist aber, dass ihr mindestens 18 Jahre alt seid. Außerdem erwarten wir von euch die im Folgenden aufgelisteten Dinge.

Zuverlässigkeit - Erledigt ihr Aufgaben nicht, geht der Bereich unter. Wir möchten nicht, dass sich einzelne Leute von uns überarbeiten, weil sie ständig die Aufgaben von anderen übernehmen müssen. Außerdem sorgt so etwas immer für Konflikte und es bringt den kompletten Zeitplan und die Organisation durcheinander, wenn etwas nicht wie abgesprochen erledigt wird.

Kommunikation - Die Hauptaufgabe eines Bereichsleiters ist kommunizieren. Ihr kommuniziert mit den Helfern eure Bereichs und mit den anderen Bereichsleitern. Ihr seid eine Informationsschnittstelle. Erfahrt ihr von einer relevante Sache, müsst ihr euch immer auch überlegen, welche Personen noch davon wissen sollten und sie dann selbstständig kontaktieren. Nur auf Fragen reagieren, reicht hierbei nicht.

Selbstständigkeit - Ihr tragt die alleinige Verantwortung in eurem Bereich. Gibt es ein Problem, müsst ihr eine Lösung finden. Wollt ihr ein neues Konzept umsetzen, ist es eure Aufgabe, euch zu überlegen wie. Ihr seid quasi euer eigener Chef und das erfordert etwas Disziplin und Eigenverantwortlichkeit.

Starke Nerven - Ob es mal ein Missverständnis gibt, ihr unsere internen Regeln durchsetzt oder eine Entscheidung trefft, die jemandem nicht gefällt: ihr werdet in Situationen kommen, in denen ihr kritisiert werdet oder ihr mit Konflikten umgehen müsst. Auch wenn das zumeist Dinge sind, die sich schnell und einfach klären lassen, ist es anstrengend und nicht jeder kommt damit klar.

Wir hoffen, wir konnten hiermit gut darstellen, was wir von einem Bereichsleiter erwarten. Als ein solcher habt ihr mehr Einfluss auf den Anime-Flohmarkt als ein Helfer, dafür gibt es allerdings auch mehr Pflichten.

The areas of responsibilities we have presented to you in the last few weeks - information / stands, controllers, jumpers and website - have one thing in common: we are not only looking for helpers for them, but also division managers. As such, you are responsible for the organization of the respective area, make decisions and coordinate your actions with the other areas.

Whether you've done something like that before is less important to us. You are initially also familiarize with the work by others and get support. In any case, it is important that you are at least 18 years old. Furthermore we expect from you the things listed below.

Reliability
If you don't do your tasks, the area goes under. We don't want individual people to overwork themselves because they have to take on the tasks of others perpetually. In addition, something like this always causes conflicts and it throws in disorder the entire schedule and the organization if something is not done as agreed.

Communication
The main task of a division manager is to communicate. You communicate with the helpers of your task area and with the other division managers. You are an interface of information. If you learn about a relevant thing, you must always consider which people should still know about it and then contact them independently. Only respond to questions, is not enough.

Independence
You bear the sole responsibility in your task area. If there is a problem, you have to find a solution. If you want to implement a new concept, it is your job to think about how. You are kind of your own boss and that requires some discipline and personal responsibility.

Strong nerves
Whether there's a misunderstanding, you enforce our internal rules, or make a decision that someone doesn't like: you will find yourself in situations, in which you are criticized or you have to deal with conflicts. Even if these are mostly things that can be clarified quickly and easily, it is strenuous and not everyone can handle this.

We hope that we have been able to present well what we expect from a division manager. As such, you have more influence on the Anime Flea Market than a helper, but there are also more duties.

Auch unsere Website muss technisch betreut werden. Unsere Helfer hierbei implementieren u.a. die Standanmeldung und die automatisch generierten Verkäufernummern für den Bring&Buy. Springer sind Helfer, die spontan dort eingesetzt werden, wo unvorhergesehen Not am Mann ist. Sollte in einem Bereich plötzlich sehr viel los sein, helfen sie spontan dort aus. Es kann auch passieren, dass wir euch einen Tag vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt anrufen und euch sagen, dass jemand krank geworden sei und ihr für ihn einspringen sollt. In dem Fall müsst ihr einen Blick in den Helferplan werfen. Dort guckt ihr euch an, für was die Person alles eingeteilt war und genau das werden dann eure Aufgaben sein.

Wir planen Springer auch nicht beim Auf- oder Abbau mit ein. Es kann also durchaus passieren, dass diese Helfer gar nichts zu tun haben werden. Wir suchen als Springer Leute, für die diese beiden Extreme annehmbar sind.

Der Bereichsleiter hier muss die Schwierigkeit bewältigen, für jeden Aufgabenbereich Springer mit den notwendigen Kenntnissen bereit zu stellen. Sie müssen durchaus auf mehrere Aufgaben vorbereitet werden, aber nicht auf alle gleichzeitig. Das muss sich unter den Springern aufteilen.

Jumpers are helpers who are spontaneously deployed where there is an unforeseen need arises. If there is suddenly a lot going on in an area, they spontaneously help out there. Ordner haben bei uns die Aufgabe, auf die Einhaltung der Regeln zu achten. Z.B. dürfen Notausgänge nicht als Eingänge benutzt werden, Tiere dürfen nicht ins Gebäude (Ausnahme sind Assistenztiere) und es gibt auch ein Alkoholverbot bei uns.

Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass die meisten Leute sehr verständnisvoll reagieren, wenn man sie um etwas bittet. Dennoch gibt es manchmal Ausnahmen. Dewegen suchen wir als Ordner Leute, die auch in anstrengenden Situationen stets freundlich bleiben, sich aber dennoch durchsetzen können.

Der Infosstand, die Garderobe und die Standanmeldung sind bei uns ein Aufgabenbereich. Von den Helfern des Infostandes wird der Einlass der Verkäufer geregelt, sie kontrollieren die Standtickets und führen alle zu ihren jeweiligen Standflächen. Um auf eventuelle Schwierigkeiten schnell und gut reagieren zu können, sind unsere Leute, die im Vorfeld die Online-Anmeldungen bearbeitet haben, auch dort als Helfer eingesetzt.

Während des Flohmarktes selbst müssen unser Helfer am Infostand den Besuchern zu allerlei Dingen Auskunft geben. Hierfür ist es wichtig, dass sie sich im Vorfeld mit allen Regeln vertraut gemacht haben und über die einzelnen Bereiche und Programmpunkte Bescheid wissen. Alle Informationen dazu bekommen sie ein paar Wochen vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt geschickt, sodass sie Zeit haben, sich in Ruhe alles anzugucken und durchzulesen. So können auch noch mögliche offene Fragen geklärt werden.

Der Infostand dient bei uns auch als Garderobe und somit gehört es auch zu den Aufgaben, die Kleidungsstücke und das Gepäck der Besucher entgegenzunehmen und darauf aufzupassen.

Der/die Bereichsleiter/in von diesem Aufgabenbereich ist auch die Person, die den Auf- und Abbau der Stände regelt und organisiert. Bei ihr fließen allen Informationen zu den Standverkäufern zusammen und sie ist auch die allererste, die früh morgens das Gebäude des Anime-Flohmarktes betritt.

The information, the cloakroom and the registration of the sellers with an own stand are one task area for us. The volunteers of the information stand regulate the entrance of the sellers, they control the stand tickets and lead them all to their respective stands. In order to be able to react quickly and well to any difficulties, our people, who have worked on the online registrations in advance, are also appointed as volunteers there.

During the flea market itself, our volunteers at the information have to give visitors information about all sorts of things. For this, it is important that they have familiarized themselves with all the rules in advance and know everything about the individual areas and activites. All the information is sent to them a few weeks before the Anime Flea Market, so that they have time to look at everything and read through it all. So possible unanswered questions can also be clarified.

The information also conduce as a cloakroom for us and therefore it is one of the tasks to receive the clothes and luggage of the visitors and to take care of them, too.

The division manager of this scope is also the person who regulates and organises the assembly the dismantling of the stands. He/She has all the information about the sellers with an own and he/she is also the very first to enter the building of the Anime Flea Market early in the morning.

Bevor die einzelnen Aufgabenbereiche des Anime-Flohmarktes durchgegangen werden, möchten wir euch heute zunächst einmal kurz erläutern, wie wir intern aufgestellt sind. Wir haben keine zentrale Helferorganisation. Stattdessen haben wir unsere verschiedenen Teams wie z.B. das Team für die Standverkäufer, das für den Bring&Buy oder auch unser Social Media-Team. Jedes von ihnen hat eine/n Bereichsleiter/in und die Person ist dann auch der Ansprechpartner für die ihm/ihr unterstellten Helfer. Die Teams arbeiten recht unabhängig von einander. Unsere Leute vom Spielebereich z.B. treffen sich vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt um die Regeln der Spiele zu lernen, die wir bei uns anbieten. Die Helfer vom Bring&Buy und der Auktion hingegen setzen sich mit unseren AGB auseinander, sodass sie euch vor Ort Fragen beantworten können. Deswegen fangen wir auch jetzt schon an, nach Helfern zu suchen, denn wir müssen euch im Vorfeld einarbeiten können.
Ein paar Monate vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt machen dann unsere Bereichsleiter eine Vorbesprechung. Dort tauschen sie sich aus, was ihre jeweiligen Teams konkret geplant haben und sie überlegen, wie sie die einzelnen Sachen koordinieren.

Ein wichtiger Aspekt sind auch eure Einsatzzeiten als Helfer. Wir halten mit allen von euch Rücksprache. Ihr erhaltet anschließend mehrere Wochen vor dem Flohmarkt einen festgesetzten Einsatzplan. Selbstverständlich beinhaltet er auch Zeitfenster, in denen ihr euch selbst auf dem Anime-Flohmarkt umschauen könnt. Außerdem ist es bei uns üblich, dass ihr entweder beim Auf- oder beim Abbau mithelft, nicht aber bei beidem.

Für euch als Helfer gibt es, im Rahmen unserer Möglichkeiten, auch ein paar Gegenleistungen. Es gibt ein kleines Helfergeschenk, ihr bekommt eines unserer pinken Stirnbänder, ihr könnt gebührenfrei Sachen am Bring&Buy und bei der Auktion verkaufen, als Mittagessen bekommt ihr ein Bento und ihr dürft euch ohne Limit kostenfrei durch unser Café futtern und trinken.

Before going through the individual tasks of the Anime Flea Market, we would like to explain to you today how we are positioned internally. We do not have a central organisation of the volunteers. Instead, we have our various teams, such as the team for the sellers with a stand, the Bring&Buy team or our social media team. Each of them has a division manager and he/she is then also the contact person for the volunteers under his/her control. The teams work quite independently of each other.Our folks from the games area, for example, meet in front of the anime flea market to learn the rules of the games we offer. The volunteers of Bring&Buy and the auction, on the other hand, deal with our GTC so that they can answer your questions on site. That's why we're starting to look for helpers right now, because we need to be able to train you.
A few months before the Anime Flea Market, our division managers make a preliminary meeting. There, they exchange ideas about what their respective teams have planned and they think about how they coordinate the individual things.

An important aspect is also your operating time as a volunteer. We consult with all of you. You will then receive a fixed operation schedule several weeks before the flea market. Of course, it also includes time slots in which you can look around the Anime Flea arket yourself. In addition, it is common for us to help with either the assembly or dismantling, but not both.

For you as volunteers, there are also a few things in return, within the limits of our possibilities. There is a small gift, you get one of our pink headbands, you can sell things free of fees at Bring&Buy and at the auction, as lunch you get a bento and you can eat and drink for free in our café without a limit.

Auch wenn wir das große Glück hatten, in diesem Jahr unseren Anime-Flohmarkt nicht absagen oder verschieben zu müssen, so geht Covid-19 auch an uns nicht vorbei. Ein paar kleinere Sachen waren sogar wir schon gezwungen umzuplanen. Im Moment ist noch ungewiss, für wie lange die Verbote und Einschränkungen gelten werden. Dementsprechend können wir auch noch nicht sagen, was das für den kommenden Anime-Flohmarkt bedeuten wird.

Unser Plan sieht vor, dass wir im September die Standanmeldung starten und entsprechend müssen wir relevante Entscheidungen bis August treffen. Wir werden dann ein Posting veröffentlichen, in dem wir euch über wichtige Änderungen und Folgen aufklären. Bis dahin werden wir zunächst so agieren, als ob es für uns keine Konsequenzen gäbe und unsere Arbeit wie geplant fortsetzen, sofern es möglich ist.

Wie beim letzten Mal angekündigt, werden wir ab nächster Woche anfangen, alle Aufgabenbereiche vom Anime-Flohmarkt vorzustellen, für die wir momentan Helfer und Organisatoren suchen. Even if we were very lucky not to have to cancel or postpone our Anime Flea Market this year, covid-19 does not miss us either. A few small things even we were forced to reschedule. At the moment, it is still uncertain how long the bans and restrictions will apply. Accordingly, we cannot yet say what this will mean for the upcoming Anime Flea Market.

Our plan is that we will start the stand registration in September and accordingly we have to make relevant decisions by August. We will then publish a posting in which we will inform you about important changes and consequences. Until then, we will act as if there are no effcts for us and continue our work as planned, if possible.

As announced last time, from next week we will start to present all the areas of responsibilities of the Anime Flea Market, for which we are currently looking for helpers and organizers. In order not to overcharge you with the agglomerated information, we will now publish a posting every Tuesday at 8 p.m..
