"On July 11, 2011, Taiji was arrested for interference with a flight attendant due to an incident on an airplane en route from Japan to Saipan. He faces federal charges in the United States for this. On July 14, Taiji was taken to an intensive care unit after attempting suicide by hanging himself, delaying his court appearance. He would die days later on the 17th."
