How many people here speak English, anyway? Sure, the majority speak German because this is a German site, but still... The English forum, for instance... It's not exactly big.
And the reason for this post is... well, there's no reason at all. I just wanted to complain a bit ;P It's just that it's really irritating not knowing what all the others say.. oh well.
Of course, I understand that if German (or something else) is your native tongue, then you speak this language. I just wish that the English parts were bigger.
*sprinkles water on the English site* Grow, little site, grow!

Haaaa sorry but I <have to> comment this.
In fact this is a german-located site, as far as I know every initiator is german too. Too bad, another fact is most people are to lazy to speak/write some english ;P I would be same, but I need to train my english a bit. So annoy the Admins to get some more english parts going hehe or wait, better dont annoy them - they are all strong and crazy ... dangerous mix :D
Soo ... thats all for now. If you want to have an argue about the german idleness - you know where you can find me - maybe O=)

Hehe, you just have to look around a little bit. If the luck's on your side you'll find someone whose able to talk to you and translate things you don't understand. ^^
Like... me and 18130220 other user (or a bit less) who speak english. Not perfect, but they do :)
It's funny that I found your blog, 'cause I'm looking for someone who I can talk to like I do now. Well...Strange~ xDD But so am I.

Yeah I deactivated it because its a pool for people who think spaming mails are important ... wah -_-" I hate these stupid letters which wants to tell you "you find your luck within 5 years if you spam this to 500 different users" ... noooooooooo thanks xD
Ehm ... another way could be the 'ENS' xD because ... yeah I'm to lazy to check this everytime :D

aww, everyone knows and everyone hates it xD but luckily there isn't that much spam in animexx that it seemed to me that it was necessary to deactivate my guestbook °-°
btw, why not giving an input to the admins? xD (concerning an amplification in fanart.net). they anyway get lots of mails every day, and most of them are much less expedient than such an input °-°

I decided to deactivate it because of 2 reasons.
1) People are used to take a guestbook like a Chat ... quite ... annoying I think =_= Because there are other opportunities to deal with things like that.
2) Some time ago I was quite busy playing every RPG-Shit (xD) here in animexx so I knew many people. These annoying people used to use my Guestbook for spaming those letters sometimes even tho I told them not to do it -.- Shortly after I deactivated it and told em: Guys ... if you want something from me = tell me otherwise ... I can't stand this rubbish.
And I had my peace xD~
By the way ... this isn't a chat either lol ... xD
Hmmm Admins ... and what you want to tell them? "Hey you Guys ... make this Site english!!! Thanks xD" ? Mhhh wont be much fun for you I think *hehe*

Just a quick note on the last point: volunteering? I'm translating something for someone (oh so specific I am today..), so maybe if someone was interested? Sure, it's a lot of work, and more that has to be done than just the translation, but still. I don't think this is actually going to happen, but I wanted to write this anyway. :)

The problem of animexx is the webspace. I know it from further decissions and discusions. The fanarts and RPGs and so on need huge amounds of webspace. Sure a translation isn't that big, but the server is already very slow at mass-traffic-times like around 8 PM (GST+1). Sometimes the server(s ... is not only one by the way) can't even handle it and decides: "sry guys but I dont want anymore ... I go offline :D cu" <== xD
I bet the translation isn't a real problem at all ... for example you can turn your personal site in english. Th bigger problem might be the space.
By the way, if this site would be english maybe even more people (english) would join this site ... THEN the poor server(s) will give up work forever ... yeah ... xD
